Books, art, some stickers and some cups are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless the item is on pre-order. Preorders will state the shipping timeline in the listing when you purchase!

Some cups, some stickers, all mugs, all tees and all sweatshirts print from my Print on Demand supplier, who ships from around the world at various locations. Their processing time is 3-8 business days, not including shipping!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  I always refund shipping overages depending on actual cost!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I do not currently offer international shipping due to the high cost. If you'd like me to do a custom shipping quote outside the US I am super happy to do so! Just email me to author@annafury.com.

I highly recommend a service called Stackry for international shipping. It gives you a US-based address. Tons of my international customers use it and have raved about the shipping savings!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  You're always welcome to email me at author@annafury.com with questions as well!

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address issues on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Signed books and print-on-demand merchandise are not returnable. But again, if you have an order issue just email me and I'll see what I can do that makes sense for us both!
